Educational Qualification – BEML Legal Professional Recruitment:
LLB with professional membership in the Bar Council of Delhi, as an Advocate, Member of Indian Arbitration Bar.
Experience: Prior experience of at least 25 years in the areas of Drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts for various BGs including IBD, Drafting, and vetting of contracts, Conducting Arbitration and litigations. Liaison with Statutory Authorities & various stakeholders, rendering legal opinions, supporting pre-contract negotiations, Mediation on various issues, etc. Experience in working on CPSE legal matters.
