Eligibility Criteria for Indian Council of Medical Research Recruitment 2021
Educational Qualification – ICMR Recruitment 2021:
MD/MS/DNB or equivalent degree recognized by MCI Or First Class Master’s degree with Ph.D from a recognized University in any of the following subjects: (i) Biochemistry (ii) Biology/ Bioscience (iii) Entomology (iv) Immunology (v) Microbiology (vi) Molecular Biology (vii) Virology (viii) Biostatistics/ Statistics. Experience: Sixteen years R & D exp. in the relevant areas as mentioned above (preferably 5 years in a managerial position to handle R & D projects independently) including 2 years regular service in the Pay Matrix level — 13-A or equivalence as per DoPT guidelines as amended from time to time.

Age Limit – ICMR Recruitment 2021:
Candidate’s maximum age limit of 58 years. The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be as per the guidelines of the Department of Personnel and Training issued from time to time. However, the prescribed age may be relaxed in exceptional cases for experienced and qualified candidates by DG, ICMR.. Age relaxation for reserved category as per Government norms.

Application Fee (non-refundable) of Rs.1500/- (Rupees one thousand five hundred only) is required.
SC/ST/Women/PWD/EWS candidates are exempted from the application fee. Application Fee is to be paid by

Selected candidates will get Level 14 of Pay Matrix (Rs.1,44,200-2,18,200) (7 CPC Scale) per month.
