For Honours Course:- Candidates must have 50% in total and 45% in the Subject or related subject OR 55% in the subject or related subject in which candidates want to take admission.
Candidates belonging to the SC or ST community taking up Hons. the course of study must have obtained a minimum of 40% marks in the aggregate or 40% marks in the subject or related subjects at the last examination.
Admission is open to all students who have passed High Secondary (10+2) examination from any stream, from any recognized Board. Also, students who have passed the 10+2 examination in the Vocational stream conducted by the West Bengal State Council of Vocational Education & Training are also eligible to get admission.
