  • National Project Manager – 1 Post:
    The Project Manager will manage the entire project and ensure that all work is completed on time. The monthly salary for this position is ₹2,50,000. Candidates must have at least 15 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Senior Sector Expert (Building Energy Efficiency) – 1 Post:
    This expert will work on sustainable building design and implementation of building energy codes. The monthly salary for this position is ₹1,25,000.
  • Senior Sector Expert (Low-Carbon Comfort Systems) – 1 Post:
    The candidate will work on low-carbon technologies and climate-responsive systems. The monthly salary for this position is ₹1,25,000.

All positions are contractual and based in New Delhi.

Qualification Details

For National Project Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Planning with at least 60% marks.
  • Post-graduate degree in Architecture, Planning, Engineering, or Environmental Management.
  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including project-related work in building energy efficiency, passive design, and thermal comfort.
  • Desirable qualifications include a Ph.D. or professional certifications such as ECBC Master Trainer, LEED AP, or GRIHA CP.

For Senior Sector Expert (Building Energy Efficiency):

  • Bachelor’s in Architecture or Planning with 60% marks.
  • Post-graduate degree or 3 extra years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in energy efficiency and building performance.

For Senior Sector Expert (Low-Carbon Comfort Systems):

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering with 60% marks.
  • Post-graduate degree in Engineering, Planning, or Environmental Management (or 3 extra years of experience).
  • At least 8 years of professional experience and 5 years in low-carbon comfort systems or thermal performance.

Age Relaxation Details

The maximum age limit for all posts is 45 years as of the date of publication in the Employment News.

However, the Bureau reserves the right to relax the age limit for candidates with exceptional qualifications or experience as per the discretion of the competent authority.
